FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves addition to machine an aqueous solution containing from 0.1% to 1% (by weight) of hydrogen peroxide and from 0.01% to 0.1% (by weight) of sodium hydropyrophosphate. Surfaces are contacted with this solution at 70 C for 15 min, not less. Method provides for spore destruction. EFFECT: high degree of disinfection. 5 cl, 7 dwg, 4 tbl
