FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ship features an air-lubed hull, air wings with floats on their ends, power plant, propulsion and steering complex, crew and passengers compartments or those to accommodate weapons. Ship displacement-type hull features a sharp water line and truncated-parabolas frames conjugated, at stern, with air wing lower surface. Hull bottom has a dihedral-angle recess to be filled with air. Bottom aeration air comes through the wing rear edge slots. Swept air wing is shifted towards the stern. The wing lower surface is coupled with the floats lateral surfaces. The said gliding floats are furnished with crosswise planning steps. To ensure ship stability on course, the said floats are mounted at an angle to the hull midplane.
EFFECT: intact platform stability at high speed and increased seaworthiness.
