FIELD: life-saving equipment; rescue of submarine crews. SUBSTANCE: submarine crew enters hermetic chamber located in launching tube. Hatches are dogged down, launching tube cover is opened and chamber is ejected from tube rising to surface. Crew evacuation chamber is made in form of cylindrical capsule with life support and control systems. Mounted on outer surface of chamber are floats, flexible guides and obturator belts. Capsule is placed on shear of launching tube by its bearing frames forming hermetic cavity. Launching tube is closed with cover. Power unit for ejection of capsule is located between bottom of launching tube and capsule. Cover of launching tube and ejection power unit are connected with devices of control system. EFFECT: possibility of evacuating submarine crew at any position of submarine within minimum period of time. 3 cl, 1 dwg
