FIELD: defense industry; production of submarine based rockets.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of rocketry and may find application at development of marine basing ballistic missiles mainly with solid-fuel engines. The method provides, that a ballistic missile is catapulted from its shaft, execute control of the missile passed distance and start the sustainer of the missile. Additionally they determine the running misalignment of parameters of the angular motion of the missile from the maximum permissible values for conditions of stabilization of motion. A vertical velocity of the missile is measured and compared with the minimally allowable value on conditions of the normal start of the sustainer. Start of the sustainer is made at the moment, when any of the mentioned parameters reaches the appropriate limiting value. The method allows to improve safety of a submarine at its start of missiles.
EFFECT: the invention allows to improve safety of a submarine at start of missiles.
