SUBSTANCE: there determined as per the specified (allocated) impact zone and the known direction of deviation is a control elements deviation angle value and sign a of, an engine operating time; the control elements are deflected in the known direction through the obtained values of angles and fixed; dummy tanks are filled with the required amount of fuel; an energy launching mechanism is activated; the dummy missile is launched from a container arranged on the launching installation (LI); a tray is separated from the dummy; the engine is started after the dummy leaves the container with a time delay relative to the moment of the dummy leaving the container, and the dummy is diverted from LI to the specified impact zone.

EFFECT: invention allows avoiding the use of a control system to provide the start and deflection of a dummy from a launching base.
