In heater function, pump operates with circulation through spiral chamber with bypass, and in function of pressure building unit, it operates with disconnection of spiral chamber by switch 10 and operating directly to heating system when water heating is effected directly in circular channel 7 with absence of retardation of time of transformations of dynamic and static pressures in circular channel 7 of spiral chamber and its disconnection by switch 10 and its gate 12.
