FIELD: disintegration of microorganisms; heat generation at water heat supply of building and structures. SUBSTANCE: disintegrator-heat includes cylindrical housing with suction and discharge branch pipes, rotor mounted along axis of housing and provided with alternating projections and recesses engageable with projections and recesses of housing through circular passage and mode selector switch for attaining disintegration or heat generator modes. Selector switch is fitted in discharge branch pipe; it is made in form of damper engageable with lateral. Mounted inside cavity of lateral of pipe is flat spiral. Pipe of lateral is communicated with branch pipe of housing forming disintegrating circulating loop. Discharge branch pipe of selector switch is communicated with additional lateral in whose pipe additional flat spiral is fitted. Pipe of additional lateral is communicated with heating system. Circular loop between rotor and housing forms conversion of dynamic pressure into static together with engageable projections and recesses and vise versa converting part of energy of pressure into thermal energy accompanied by regeneration of vapor bubble; when these bubbles collapse, disintegration of microorganisms takes place in recesses of housing.
