FIELD: disintegrating microorganisms in water heating systems of buildings. SUBSTANCE: when water flows from intake pipe of casing to delivery pipe, it is ejected many times from rotor depressions to annular channel and to depressions of rotor ring. Water ejection from rotor depressions to casing ring ones is accompanied by dynamic water hammers and cavitation which disintegrates shells of microorganisms and causes water heating. Scroll-shaped insert and pipe installed at delivery pipe outlet function as resistors and provide for additional water heating. Hot water is used in local water heating systems and disintegration of microorganisms eliminates biofouling of inner walls in heating system. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
