FIELD: technical physics. SUBSTANCE: multiple pulse of point heat source of specified power acts on tested material and relation of time-integrated values of temperature in two specified points on its surface is measured. Each next thermal pulse is sent at moment when relation of time- integrated values of temperature reaches preset value. After it recurrence rate of temperatures and integrated value of temperature in one of points are registered. Thermophysical characteristics ( coefficients of thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity ) are calculated by formulas given in description of invention. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption by heat source, improved timeliness and noise immunity of process of determination of thermophysical characteristics of materials. 1 dwg
