Abstract RU 2149502 C1

FIELD: pulse electronics; switches, counters, digital data processing devices. SUBSTANCE: multivibrator has two electronic switches VT1 and VT2 built around transistors of different polarity of conductivity, positive feedback circuit incorporating time-setting capacitors C1 and C2, and two series-connected amplifiers built around transistors VT3 and VT4 of different polarity of conductivity. Voltage dividers built around resistors form amplifier collector loads. Switches function to couple transistor collector of each amplifier with common point of transistor switch collectors. Transistor bases in positive feedback circuit form common output of device relative to center tap of power supply. Trailing edge, just like leading edge, is shaped under effect of positive feedback. EFFECT: provision for shaping square pulses symmetrical to time axis. 4 dwg
