SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and more specifically to radar, particularly devices for monitoring movement of objects. The invention can be used in alarm signalling systems as a sensor. The Doppler radio wave detector comprises a microwave unit consisting of a driving generator connected to a Doppler mixer, a transmitting and a receiving antenna connected to a low-noise amplifier, the output of which is connected to the input of a band-rejection filter, the output of which is connected to the input of a low frequency amplifier and further connected to a limiter, one of the outputs of which is connected to the input of an integrator and an amplitude detector, the output of which is connected to the integrator. The signal from the output of the integrator is transmitted to the input of a comparator which is connected to a reference voltage unit. Further, the output of the comparator is connected to the input of a signal former, the output of which is connected to an actuating device.

EFFECT: in the presence of alarm signalling, a signal is transmitted from the output of an alarm signal former to the actuating device, where output signalling circuits of the detector are closed (opened).
