SUBSTANCE: method involves catching bumblebees in different climatic regions and crossing them; taking male bumblebees as population improvers and providing single-stage crossing with bumblebee queens of population under improvement process, when first generation of bumblebees is raised; crossing first generation bumblebee queens with male bumblebees of population under improvement process; crossing male bumblebees of first generation with queens of population under improvement process; selecting male and queen bumblebees by improved features, which had been earlier slightly defined. EFFECT: increased efficiency and provision for obtaining bumblebees with increased reproductive and flying capacity, optimum course of development and improved adaptation to wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. 1 dwg, 3 ex
