SUBSTANCE: method involves selecting bumblebee queens and bumblebee larvae of late age brood for investigation; setting selected larvae to selected bumblebee queens at family laying stage; performing analysis of ten pairs of larvae blow holes in several days; withdrawing bumblebee queen in case of detecting mite on larvae of this queen; selecting bumblebee queens for further reproduction among females with larvae free of mite.
