FIELD: equipment for hanging pictures, maps, placards and framed drawings or drawings inserted into carcasses of any configuration made from different materials. SUBSTANCE: picture display device has hanger mounted on body which is provided with stop. Hanger and body are suspended on inelastic cord. Stop has hollow rod positioned in body conical cavity so that its wider part is oriented downward, spherical members, flexible member and threaded cover positioned in rod bottom part. Spherical members are accommodated in rod radial slots and are joined to body and cord. Pairs of pins are arranged in diametrical lines on body outer surface. One pair of pins is provided with hangers having hooks with open lower parts. Such construction allows labor intensity and time consumed for organizing art exhibitions, symposiums and conferences using display materials to be simplified.
