FIELD: equipment for displaying works of fine arts in the form of pictures, as well as for hanging plotting boards, maps, placards and drawings mounted in frames, underframes or carcasses of any configuration made from various materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hanger mounted on casing with stop made in the form of hollow stem, spherical members, flexible member and threaded cover in bottom part of casing. Spherical members are provided in radial slots of hollow stem and joined with conical surface of casing cavity and with non-stretchable thread. Hollow stem is made composite and consists of upper and lower parts which are joined through sleeve of upper part. Lower part is provided with radial slots where additional spherical members are located. Hollow stem may be equipped with compression spring mounted on upper part sleeve between movable members.
EFFECT: increased constructional and operational reliability of displayed monumental fine art canvases.
