FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring electrophysiological parameter of neuromuscular apparatus before beginning treatment and after the first procedure. Predicted effectiveness coefficient IKX(t₁)= , where X₁ is the pulse conduction speed, X₂,X₃ are the M-responses amplitudes when stimulating distal and proximal motor points of the injured nerve. The value of the coefficient being IKX(t₁) > 1, the applied therapy is to be predicted as adequate. The value of the coefficient being IKX(t₁) <1, the therapy applied is to be predicted as not adequate. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the prognosis after the first procedure. 2 tbl
