FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming three cutaneous flaps on pedicles from skin fold between fingers. Trapezoid flap, formed from back surface of skin fold between fingers, covers skin defect in space between fingers. Rectangular flap, formed on skin fold comb, covers skin defect of finger lateral surface on which the flap was formed. The second rectangular flap, formed on palm surface of the skin fold between fingers, covers skin defect of the other finger lateral surface. EFFECT: provided full separation in making finger movements. 8 dwg
