FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing osteotomy of the base phalanx of the second toe and bringing it on a wire with rests through the base and middle phalanx. The rest members are placed on their lateral surface. Then distraction is carried out to medial side using distraction knot placed in the base rest member of the apparatus to reach coincidence of the distal fragment of the second toe base phalanx with the first toe phalanx stump and osteosynthesis is performed. EFFECT: excluded cicatrix and ulcers formation. 4 dwg
