FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves oxidizing medical gauze to dialdehyde cellulose with following trypsin immobilization, washing the produced matrix with distilled water, drying and treating with aqueous solution of a biologically active substance like Mexydol. Treatment is carried out with 0.4-0.6% aqueous solution of Mexydol containing 1.8-2.2 mg of Mexydol per 1 cm2 of treated material. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating trophic ulcers. 1 tbl
