SUBSTANCE: dressing material has wide spectrum of antiseptic properties, medicinal gauze is preoxidized to dialdehyde cellulose followed by immobilization of trypsin, the resulting matrix is washed with distilled water, dried and treated with 0.9-1.2% aqueous solution of decametoxine of modulus at 4-6 followed by squeezing to weight of 100-120 %. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
