FIELD: devices for dry re- grinding of powder-like materials; cement activation. SUBSTANCE: device includes loading bin, vertical elastic grinding chamber with rod coaxially fitted in it. Rod is provided with knurling and is connected with vibration drive. Located under grinding chamber is reservoir with electrodes of electric pulse generator and working liquid in it. Device is provided with sorter made in form of grid connected with vibrator and discharge branch pipe fitted under grinding chamber. Reservoir filled with working liquid consists of at least two chamber widening towards walls of grinding chamber; they adjoin walls over entire height and bottom of each chamber is located below grinding bottom. Each chamber is provided with pair of electrodes and is filled with working liquid by no more than 1/3 of its volume. EFFECT: improved quality of cement. 2 dwg
