FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in preliminary action on mixing water by high-voltage electric discharges arising in the interelectrode gaps of the electrode system with a subsequent introduction of chemical additives. The action is accomplished on the mixing water only directly in the service water tank of the concrete mixing plant with a subsequent introduction of chemical additives up to mixing of mixing water with binder and aggregates. EFFECT: enhanced quality of concrete mix. 2 dwg
