FIELD: deposition of powdery materials. SUBSTANCE: device for deposition of electrically charged powdery materials is made of body with lid, bottom, hopper located inside body and fitted with ejector, which outlet branch pipe is connected by means of hose to atomizer. Device also has aid for effective supply of powder to ejector and aid to charge powder mixture with air. Hopper comes in the form of truncated round cylindrical cone and ejector is positioned inside cylindrical chamber linked leak-tight to lower part of hopper. Bushing with hole tapered off and tube are interference fitted in hole of outlet branch pipe of ejector. Inlet branch pipe with nozzle and outlet branch pipe of ejector are mounted for axial movement one relative to another and their positions after movement are fixed rigidly. Cylindrical chamber is hinged with lower part to bottom of body and hopper is mounted with upper part for oscillatory motion in hole provided in lid of body. Aid for effective supply of powder to ejector by periodic shaking up of hopper is made of ratchet-pawl mechanism interacting with hopper placed beneath lid of body and is provided with handwheel located on top of lid. Entire pipe-line made from polymer materials that ensures transportation of powdery mixture starting from bushing ( contraction ) and ending with atomizer where cone of powdery mixture is formed is included in aid to charge mixture of powder with air. Atomizer comes in the form of gun without cock that is fitted with tube made of polymer material installed inside body along curve with large radius between two identical halves made fast one to another. EFFECT: increased handling convenience and operational reliability, improved quality of deposition of powdery materials.
