Machine has frame 5 resting on running gears 6 and bearing frame 16 on which reel 12 with wound contact wire 2 or carrier cable and tension device 19 for creating designed tension, and guide roller 34 for directing contact wire in vertical or and horizontal are installed. Bearing frame 16 is made for cross displacement in horizontal square to longitudinal direction of machine relative to machine frame 5 with possibility of turning around vertical swinging axle 27 under action of drives.
