FIELD: transport engineering; contact systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has take-up drum, turnable roller adjustable in height and friction winch located between drum and turnable roller. Said winch provides resistance to pulling acting against pulling force on cable when contact system cable is pulled off drum at forming of tension for cable laying. Force sensor is installed between main frame on which friction winch is installed and additional frame connected with main frame. Force sensor is designed to maintain designed constant tension of cable.
EFFECT: provision of accurate determination of tension when laying cable of contact system without re-equipment or re-adjustment.
