FIELD: inorganic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of radioactive pharmaceutical preparations based on radionuclide phosphorus-32 used in nuclear medicine for treatment of patients with malignant neoplasms of different localization. Method of production of sodium phosphate containing radionuclide phosphorus-32 involves addition of sodium dihydrogen phosphate to sodium hydrogen phosphate solution to obtain isotonic buffer solution of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphate at ratio of molar concentrations of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium hydrogen phosphate in isotonic solution from 1.0 to 4.5. Obtained isotonic solution is sterilized by autoclaving and then ortho-phosphoric acid solution containing radionuclide phosphorus-32 (volume activity is 11.1 GBk/ml, not less) is added. Final stage of sterilization is carried out by filtration and autoclaving. EFFECT: decreased period of stages, increased labor safety, improved quality of preparation. 3 cl, 1 ex
