FIELD: heat-power engineering and nuclear power; metallurgy, glass industry and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes of heat-exchange equipment, degassing, flushing and filling with heat-transfer agent. Structural material of working surfaces which are in contact with liquid-metal agent is subjected to deoxidizing to limiting oxide, after which they are flushed with heat-transfer agent enriched with oxygen to oxidizing potential which is higher than that of limiting oxide and are washed up with heat-transfer agent deoxidized to oxidizing potential which is below that of limiting oxide, after which heat-exchange equipment is filled with this deoxidized heat-transfer agent in the required amount and then heat-exchange equipment is sealed up.
