FIELD: manufacture of decorative concrete mixes for making finishing plates, road paving members, small architectural forms and monolithic coatings of floors and roads. SUBSTANCE: concrete mix comprises, wt %: filler having 0.14-5 mm fraction, 50-70 and 5-10 mm fraction, 30-41; and plasticizer selected from group consisting of super plasticizer C-3 based on naphthalenesulfonic acid sodium salt and formaldehyde condensation product, mixture of superplasticizer C-3 with 50% aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate emulsion in 3.33-4.7: 1 ratio, mixture of super plasticizer C-3 with 50% aqueous solution of polyvinyl acetate emulsion, epoxy resin and amine hardener, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: said cement, 22.3-24; said filler 61.0-72.0; said plasticizer, 0.11-0.21; pigment, 0.67- 1.22; and water, the balance compression strength does not exceed 72.0 MPa, frost resistance is up to 300 cycles, structural viscosity of concrete mix is not in excess of 1100 Pa.s, shrinkage of cone is 3 cm.
