FIELD: building industry, more particularly manufacture of constructional materials having high strength, density, waterproofness, frost resistance and corrosion properties and also in guniting and cementing work on sealing, hydroinsulation and greater carrying power of concrete, reinforced concrete, stone and metal structures. SUBSTANCE: concrete composition comprises portland cement, filler, aggregate, superplasticizer, complex additive and water and has additive-free portland cement of grade not less than 500 as binder, condensed microsilica with specific surface of (15-25)•103 cm2/g as filler, quartz sand having fraction of less than 0.14 mm and 1.25-2.5 mm as aggregate, product C-3 resulting from polymerization and condensation of naphthalenesulfonic acids with formaldehyde as superplasticizer, product of combined intensive dry stirring and grinding to specific surface of (4,0-4,5)•103 cm2/g of clinker aluminate cement, grade 500 or 600 containing 8-12% of tricalcium aluminate C3A as complex additive, ground quartz sand with specific surface of (1,5-2,5)•103 cm2/g and dry powder of superplasticizer C-3 in cement: sand: superplasticizer ratio of 5:4:1, and composition further comprises ground quartz sand with specific surface of (3,5-4,0)•103 cm2/g, ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: portland cement, 24.0-25.5; condensed microsilica with specific surface of (15-25)•103 cm2/g, 4.0-6.0; ground quarts sand with specific surface, 6.5-8.5; quartz sand having fraction of less than 0.14 mm, 20.0-22.0; quartz sand having fraction of 1.25-2.50 mm, 28.0-32.0; superplasticizer C-3, 0.35-0.85; complex additive 2.5-3.5; and water, the balance. Concrete composition comprises, as aggregate, sand gravel mixture having fraction of 2.5 mm and sand-gravel mixture having fraction of 2.5 mm and quartz sand having fraction of 1.25-2.5 mm. Besides, concrete composition comprises, as aggregate, quartz sand having fraction of 1.25-2.5 mm in combination with aggregate, e. g. microsilica and ground quartz sand with specific surface of (3,5-4,0)•103 cm2/g. Concrete composition comprises, as filler, said ground quartz sand and microsilica in combination with aggregate, e.g. quartz sand having fraction of less than 0.14 mm. EFFECT: wider field of application of concrete composition, optimization of its theological, physico-mechanical and service characteristics in plastic mobile and solid non- laminating mixtures, greater reliability and longer service life of concretes, lower consumption of cement and superplasticizer, reduced power consumption of production process. 6 cl, 2 tbl
