FIELD: oil-producing industry, particularly, methods of development of oil pools with oil-water interfaces. SUBSTANCE: method includes simultaneous separate withdrawal of oil and formation water through oil wells from pool oil and water zones with simultaneous injection into pool of water through injection wells. Formation water is withdrawn from central region of oil pool, from level of water-bearing bed floor up to formation of low-pressure region and lowering of level of oil-water contact so that region of perforation of oil wells proves to be above level of oil-water contact. Oil is withdrawn from periphery oil producing wells. Waste formation water is injected into water-bearing bed through injection wells located on boundary of oil-water contact. EFFECT: reduced water cutting of oil and contamination with oil of formation water used as hydromineral raw material, and reduced losses of hydromineral raw materials in operation of oil pool underlaid with water.
