FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil producing industry and namely to methods for oil reservoir development with dual production of oil and water from the stratum with bottom water, including late stages of development. The concept of the invention is as follows: according to the method a vertical is used with dual operation of the stratum. Level of oil-water contact (OWC) is defined. Inner space of the well is divided by the packer. The well is equipped with devices for dual operation of the stratum. Pumpout of stratal water is made below OWC with regulation from below-packer space while product is pumped out from the stratum from over-packer space; pumping is being regulated. Penetration of the stratum is made above the packer up to 75% from the stratum roof and below the packer at 2-5 m below OWC level. Productive capacity of the stratum and watercut value is defined preliminary. Packer is installed in the producing well at OWC level in the stratum. Against watercut value production rate of pumps and devices for dual production are selected respectively. Pumpout of stratal water is regulated by commencement of production in 4-8 months after oil pumpout and subsequent stoppage of its pumpout per 1-2 moths each 6-12 months. Produced water is pumped into am injection well or to another stratum of this well.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing watercut of product recovered from the deposit and reducing of expenses due to exclusion of additional injection well construction when a reagent is required to be pumped into the overlying stratum.
