METHOD OF CONTROL OVER QUALITY OF ORE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: formation of ore with specified content of wanted component, underground working of deposits of mineral resources. SUBSTANCE: method of control over quality of ore involves transportation of ore in bucket of loading-delivering machine from some intermediate points having different content of wanted component in ore and its dispatch over ore chute. Present content of wanted component in ore is determined one bucket ahead and this values is compared with value of average content of wanted component in ore in worked unit found in advance. On basis of given comparison route of travel of loading-delivery machine to next loading point is chosen with alternation of dispatches of portions of ore from high content of wanted component to low content of it. Method provides for equality of bulks of dispatch of ore from intermediate points. Portions of ore from 3-4 buckets are pooled together before dispatch into ore chute. EFFECT: method provides for selective sampling, reduced losses and impoverishment of ore which makes it possible to decrease cost of ore and to increase recovery of ore with beneficiation. 2 dwg
