FIELD: test of stability of protective properties of preservation oils. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for provision of evaluation of stability of protective properties of preservation oils in thin layer by approximation of conditions of accelerated test to conditions of presence of oil film on parts in case of long storage of leak-proof aggregates in various climatic regions. Plates of steel, copper and aluminum treated in agreement with GOST 9.O54-75 are kept in suspended state at room temperature in the course of 20 h after immersion in tested oil. Then prepared specimens are placed for accelerated test into heat-and-moist chamber. Test is conducted in cycles, each corresponding to one year of full-scale warehousing. After each cycle specimens are tested by methods of GOST 9.054-75. EFFECT: high-precision evaluation of stability of protective properties of preservation oils in thin layers, prediction of terms of restoration of protective oil film on metal parts inside sealed aggregates.
