FIELD: hydroacoustic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has fairwater, which is made from rigid material, and receiving acoustic antenna array, which has elementary receiving antennas joined into groups, as well multiple- channel beam pattern production circuit. Outputs of elementary receiving antennas of each group are connected to respective inputs of multiple-channel beam pattern production circuit. Distance between group centers is equal to half of wavelength in water at upper working frequency f. Ratio between thickness of fairwater jacket h and distance d between elements in group conform to condition taking into account elasticity modulus in plane, which is tangential to its surface, shift modulus in plane, which is perpendicular to surface, and density of fairwater material. EFFECT: increased stability to noise produced by fairwater, which is located about antenna, without additional receiving channels. 3 dwg
