FIELD: work safety, in particular, for metallurgy, gas welding, gas cutting, laboratory assistants, workers at Alpine stations, alpinists, wide audience that requires protection against sun radiation excess in Alpine snows, skiing, sand beaches, active users of TV sets and computer games. SUBSTANCE: each optical element has point-like hole in non- transparent plane, which central axis matches to observation axis of eye. Radius of point-like hole is 0.95 degree of first Fresnel region. Area of point-like hole is within range of 0.2-3.5 sq. mm. EFFECT: elimination of syndrome of spectacles, applicable to normal sight persons, and persons suffering from myopia or astigmatism, simplified manufacturing, no distortion of three-dimensional perspective. 1 tbl
