FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting pterygium from its top to base. Rectangular bed is formed in limb zone for placing transplant. Limb cavities are formed on the bed ends. Dura mater graft 1-2 mm in width and 0.3-0.5 mm in thickness and 7-8 mm in length is used as homotransplant. The transplant is placed in the prepared bed. The transplant ends are placed into the formed cavities. EFFECT: improved cosmetic result; excluded sutures application for fixing the transplant; prevented pterygium recurrence. 5 cl
