FIELD: medicine, gynecology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of medicinal forms containing bacterial preparations. Suppository has lyophilized lactobacteria and hydrophobic fat base consisting of emulsifier taken in the amount 4-6% of base mass. Suppository has also lactobacteria of the strain Lactobacillus fermentum VKMP B-7573 taken in the amount (0.8-4) x 108 bacterial cells per suppository. Hydrophobic fat mass with emulsifier has additionally soybean oil taken in the amount 4-6% of base mass. Highly hydrogenated plant oil, mainly palm (kernel) oil, cotton, sunflower, peanut or the composition "Vitepsol" can be used as hydrophobic fat base. Sodium salt of sulfoesters of higher saturated alcohols and sulfuric acid and/or monoglycerodistillate and/or triglycerol distearate are used as emulsifier. Invention provides the development of suppository used for treatment of patients with vagina dysbacteriosis. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness, prolonged time of storage. 4 cl, 2 ex
