SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for the production of an encapsulated form of a probiotic supplement based on lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and propionic acid bacteria. The method includes the preparation of lyophilized consortia of probiotic microorganisms with a concentration of each consortium of 1.0×108 CFU/ml and their encapsulation in the shell. The following consortia of microorganisms are used: consortium No. 1 — Lactobacillus bifermentans B-9462, Bifidobactrium coryneforme AC-1755 and Propionibacterium jensenii B-6085 in a ratio of 1:1:1; or consortium No. 2 — Bifidobactrium adolescentis AC-1909, Bifidobactrium infantis AC-1912, Propionibacterium jensenii B-6085 and Propionibacterium freudenreichii B-11921 in a ratio of 1:1:1:1; or consortium No. 3 — Propionibacterium jensenii B-6085, Propionibacterium freudenreichii B-11921 and Lactobacillus bifermentans B-9462 in a ratio of 1:1:1. Vegetable polysaccharides are used to obtain capsule shells κ -carrageenan and sodium alginate, as well as glycerin and water.

EFFECT: resulting encapsulated form of a probiotic food supplement based on lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and propionic acid bacteria ensures the normalization of the microflora of the gastrointestinal tract and the maintenance of the microecological status in a human.
