FIELD: pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical preparative form of cefaclor used for making dispersible tablets by direct pressing that has antibiotic cefaclor in the amount from 35% to 50% of total preparative form mass, disintegrating agent and useful excipients and coadjuvants. Disintegrating agent is taken among the group involving sodium glycolate-starch, polymeric derivatives of acrylic acid, mixtures of sodium glycolate-starch and carboxymethylcellulose, crospovidon. Dispersible tablets are decomposed in water for less 3 min at 19-21 C and can be used for treatment of patients with infections caused by bacterium strains showing sensitivity to cefaclor. Novel pharmaceutical preparative form of cefaclor provides easy administration of preparation in patients and possibility to use preparations in diabetic patients without additional difficulties. EFFECT: improved form of preparation. 25 cl, 18 tbl
