FIELD: pharmaceutical production. SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical antidepressant agent contains fluoxetin hydrochloride as active ingredient in amounts between 4 and 7% of the total weight of agent. Agent also contains disintegrator, diluent, and corresponding fillers and adjuvants. Disintegrator utilized is starch sodium glycolate, polymeric acrylic acid derivatives and crospovidon. Diluent is represented by microcrystalline cellulose, lactose, hydroxypropylcellulose, gelated starch, dry flowing starch, or by their mixtures. Pharmaceutical preparation in common with fluoxetin hydrochloride is designed for production of dispersible pellets. The latter are manufactured by direct pressing. New preparation is intended for use in treatment of depression. Pellets are degraded in water for less than 3 min at 19-21 C and are dispersed therein uniformly.
