FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of serum from donor animals at a dose 15 ml, once per a day, and 0.3% zoolan solution additionally at a dose 1.4-1.6 ml, twice per a day, in calves (age is 3-15 days) by intramuscular route in diagnosis with rota-coronaviral infection. Method provides 85.7-100% of treatment effectiveness as compared with 80.0% by using antibiotics and sulfonamides. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 tbl, 2 ex
