FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: cows in the late stage of pregnancy and 20 and 40 days before calving are vaccinated with inactivated antirotaviral vaccine and 0.3% solution of zoolan in a dose 1.8-2.0 ml is administrated twice by intramuscular route additionally. Method provides 100% safety of calves and prophylactic effectiveness of treatment is increased to 96-100%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prophylaxis. 1 tbl
