FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves intramuscular administration of immune serum from donor animals in the amount of antigen-agglutinines to rota-coronavirus in the titer = (1-32):(1-128) to calves and additional administration of zoolan at a dose 0.8-1.0 ml, 1-2 times per day for 5-7 days. Method provides enhancement of efficiency of prophylaxis up to 94-96%. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of prophylaxis. 2 ex
