FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: silver-palladium (7:3) alloy cast in the form of granules is dissolved in nitric acid, solution treated with sodium hydroxide to pH 4.5-5.0, and silver and palladium salts (summary content 80-100 g in 1 l of solution) are then simultaneously reduced with 150- 200% molar excess of sodium formate at 65-70 C. Resultant metal powder is washed, dried, and annealed in reductive medium at 450-470 C for 1.5-2.0 h. X-ray examinations confirmed silver-palladium alloy phase structure of powder. Pastes prepared from the alloy powder exhibit strong adhesion with dielectric surface and provide high level electric parameters of capacitors. EFFECT: improved consumer's properties. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
