FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method, which can be used when manufacturing electrodes of ceramic condensers, comprises following operations: neutralization with ammonia solution to pH 1.8-2.0 and reduction of metals from precooled to 10-17 C solutions followed by double-step raise of temperature from 28 to 100 C. In the first step, reaction mixture is held for 20 min at 60-65 C and, in the second stage, 20 min at 95-100 C while simultaneously reducing and surface-treating reaction mixture with solution of hydrazine hydrate with polyvinyl alcohol or ammonium salt of low-viscosity polyacrylic acid having concentration 0.125-0.128 g/l and sodium salt of methacrylic acid/methacrylate copolymer having concentration 0.020-0.023 g/l. Thus obtained powder is dried and additionally annealed for 0.5-2.0 h in inert atmosphere at 320-400 C, after which consecutively treated with ammonium pyrophosphate, 0.4-0.8 g/l, and alkyl phosphate, 110-120 g/l, for 2-3 h with each reagent and dried in inert atmosphere. Claimed method allows preparation of silver-palladium alloy powders with specific surface between 1.5 and 5.0 sq.m/g and apparent density between 0.7 and 1.25 g/cu.cm. EFFECT: raised level of electric parameters of condensers. 3 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
