FIELD: space engineering; orientation of spacecraft moving in gravitational and magnetic fields around planet. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, primary and secondary measurements (different in frequency) of projections of vector of Earth magnetic field induction are made in performing the gravitational orientation of spacecraft. According to results of comparison of these measurements, magnetic moments are formed for dampening oscillations of spacecraft at gravitational orientation. Proposed system includes gravitational device and three dampening channels provided with comparison units. These units are connected with outputs of magnetometers, memory units and device for creating magnetic moments of spacecraft.
