FIELD: sugar industry, more particularly methods of boiling down 1st, 2nd and 3rd crystallization fillmass. SUBSTANCE: method comprises thickening sugar-containing solution in vacuum pan till supersaturation is attained, preparing seed crystal suspension by crystallizing aqueous sugar- containing solution during cooling operation, seeding crystals in thickened sugar-containing solution by adding seed crystal suspension thereto, growing crystals in fillmass and finally thickening said fillmass. Prior to adding to thickened sugar-containing solution, the resulting seed crystal suspension is subjected to precipitating centrifugation to separate intercrystalline solution. Thickened suspension of crystals is mixed with phostatide concentrate at 9:1 ratio, and suspended. EFFECT: shorter cycle for boiling down 1st, 2nd and 3rd crystallization fillmasses, improved granulometric composition of sugar, and increased yield thereof.
