FIELD: equipment and methods of underground repairs, particularly, methods of installation of metal corrugated and round patches for restoration of airtightness of casing strings of oil, water and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of tool into well with patch oriented on defect, building up of excessive hydraulic pressure in system to expand patch by device force pusher with mandrel head from top to bottom. Patch is expanded by mandrel head with the help of force pusher and wellhead stop. Stop is used to compensate tool counterweight to force pusher. Lowered tool is rigidly connected with wellhead flange for execution of tool reciprocation in well. EFFECT: extended range of well repairs along the entire length of casing string beginning from wellhead. 1 dwg
