FIELD: handling high-pressure aggressive media. SUBSTANCE: sealing is effected in cylinder by pressing flexible sealing surfaces available on guide shut-off part, shut-off part of bottom and cylindrical pipe which take part in screwing them together, as well as sealing surface of inner side of cylindrical pipe which are subjected to treatment by pressure near sealing surface; they are inclined at 6 to 12 deg. Pressing of part within flexible zone is so high that axial and radial shears arise in flexible zone due to working pressure; modulus of elasticity of materials of interacting sealing surfaces is equal to 60-250×10³ H/mm²± 10%l ultimate load depends on yield point of materials and is equal to 200 to 1050 n/sq.mm.
