FIELD: machine engineering, power production industry branches, namely valves used for making different machines and mechanisms. SUBSTANCE: valve body includes first part joined with second part by means of sealing member arranged between them. Each part of valve body has practically annular contact surface for resting sealing member upon it. Shapes of sealing member and(or) one or more contact surfaces are such that only portion of their contact surfaces engage with portion of surface of sealing member. Two parts of body are mutually spaced by predetermined interval by means of connection members. It provides only local deformation of sealing member portion arranged between contact surfaces. Sealing member has at least one shoulder resting upon contact surface only by portion of its surface. Said shoulder may have cross section in the form of cone oriented from surface of sealing member and inclined towards central axis of ring. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of fixation of valve parts one relative to another, enhanced reliability of sealing between valve parts. 5 cl, 13 dwg
